1 - There is no custom login page... i am using the system default.
2 - Yes, I do have access to SQL management studio. However, I am unable to locate the table "PortalLocalization".
Your detail of reviewing the errors through EventLog Table was very helpful... but i'm unable to figure out what is wrong exactly to my untrained Eye on errors... See the list below of the error that is generated when i try to access the system default login page...
